# EquityRoom

> EquityRoom is a web platform for organising company documents, raising capital and managing existing shareholders.

EquityRoom serves founders preparing a capital raise and companies managing ongoing investor relationships. Its data rooms bring company documents and investor questions together. Grow adds shareholding records, share certificates, shareholder updates, and employee and advisor equity management.

Free supports getting documents organised. Prepare adds AI readiness tools. Raise adds investor invitations, NDAs and Q&A. Grow includes Raise features and shareholder management. See the plan comparison for current pricing and limits.

Learn with Panda explains what belongs in a data room. Lesson 1 is free to watch without signing up. Other lessons are not yet available. SAFE note creation is not currently available.
